Pignoletto is an enjoyable, lively, light white wine.
It has a beautiful golden colour and is sparkling but not too much.
Fresh, fragrant flavour.

Perfect for

It is the perfect wine for pairing with aperitifs and goes well with starters made from cured meats or young cheeses.
Suitable for pairing with fish dishes and first courses, as long as the dishes are not overly complex.
