LAMBRUSCO DI MODENA
Dry sparkling red wine
Its name recalls “vitis labrusca”, the Latin term used for this species of wild grapevine. This incredibly enjoyable sparkling wine is made from aromatic Lambrusco grapes.
It has a ruby red colour and is very fragrant on the nose.
Acidity: 6.3 g/l
Residual sugar: 9.6 g/l
Sulphur dioxide: 100 mg/l
Made from Grasparossa, Salamino and Oliva grapes
Serve at 8° degrees
It is the perfect wine for pairing with traditional hot dishes, such as cotechino sausage, pig’s trotter with lentils, boiled meats and many prestigious Emilian cured meats, as well as with beef.
You will find Lambrusco di Modena Dei Tenori in:
- exquisite wooden boxes with 2 or 3 bottles
- special cardboard packs with 2, 3 or 6 bottles.
You can choose whether to enjoy this dry sparkling lambrusco on its own or paired with Lambrusco di Sorbara Dei Tenori, a dry sparkling rosé wine, or with Pignoletto di Modena Dei Tenori, a dry sparkling white wine.
